Workshops for this program will run every Thursday for a total of 12 weeks, from 10:30am-12:00pm

Registration Required – Space is limited – Free workshop – Must be 18+

 

Sessions will cover:

  • Relaxation techniques (such as mindfulness)
  • Identifying personal stress triggers
  • Interpersonal communication & boundary setting
  • Information on local resources
  • Tools to improve wellness
  • Opportunities to share experiences
  • Engagement in mutual support
